After Cleaning Instructions

1. Plan to go out and have a good time on the town.

2. You can walk on the carpet right away as long as your shoes are clean, but it is best to avoid it. wash your pet's feet and keep your pets and children from running in and out. they love the fresh cleaned carpet, but it is very susceptible to dirt until its dry.

3. Do not remove the foil tabs or styrofoam blocks under the furnishings for at least twenty four hours, even though the carpet will feel dry much sooner , because this could cause permanent furniture stains on the carpet.

4. Do not replace chairs or small items which are set off the carpet for 24 hrs as well for the same reason.

5. Your home must be above 72 degrees in temperature and you must cycle the air ,Or it will dry slowly. wood heat adds moisture to the air, so it is acceptable but not as good as other heat sources. If it is cold out, turn up the heat and open several windows about two inches. if it is hot out ,just open the windows all the way . in michigan it makes no difference if it is raining outside, these drying instructions work the same. if your home is above 70 degrees it will dry much faster. If you let it get below 60  degrees, it will never dry, because the small amounts of moisture in the carpet will not evaporate below 60 degrees.

6. Your carpet will dry in 6 hours or less. If it is not call me and i will come monitor the drying time and make certain it dries quickly with no problems. this hasn"t  happened to me in many years, but i want you to know what to do,just in case.

7 When  dry ,  vacuum the high traffic areas , because we have found that sometimes we pull dog or cat hair from deep within the carpet which we cannot remove all of it from the surface  because its wet. a quick final vacuum will insure that nothing is left to wiggle its way back into the carpet.

8. If you get a spot on your carpet, just try using your spotter or a few drops of liquid dish soap in a cup of warm water to blot it out. if that fails , give us a call and ask what to do.

9. I want your carpet , rugs, and upholstry to be fresh clean and fluffy for a long  time. anything less is unacceptable. If you can not get a spot out that occurred  with in the first week after we cleand , give us a call , and we will fix it for free. like wise , if a spot comes back , if it re-soils anywere, or if there is just something you feel could have been done better just give us a call
